Product Specialist Nick Radavich was an absolute professional. He has a deep fund of knowledge of all the vehicles at his dealership. What he says about how Certified Benz and Beemers will treat you during and after the sales process was absolutely true for me. Nick is a young man with wisdom and grace beyond his years. Very disappointed with the overall experience at CBB. Was expecting more from a so-called high-end dealership. Initial impression started out good, but didn’t end that way. The salesman (Tim) was profess Was expecting more from a so-called high-end dealership. Initial impression started out good, but didn’t end that way. The salesman (Tim) was professional and answered my questions. Since we live about 1 hour away, I didn’t want to waste my time if there the car had issues. He sent me additional photos of the vehicle because it had some paint damage on the front end. Went to check out the car & test drive in the evening. There has approx. 12” paint gouge on left front bumper/fender & damage to the chin splitter. Otherwise, the car seemed fine structurally & mechanically…just dirty/dusty. Because it was late in the day, we returned the next day to look at the car more thoroughly and discuss sales price. This is when things take a turn. Their listing price was high Kelly Blue Book, even though the car requires autobody repair. I hoped to negotiate the sales price, however was told “we don’t negotiate pricing”. Instead, they offered a Due Bill (but never received a copy) to get bumper/fender repaired. Was told service department would contact me within a week to schedule the repair, which they never did. While signing loan docs in finance department. Was told the car was going to be gassed up, washed & detailed. Finance guy presented a ceramic coat package to include ceramic warranty (approx. $1600). Told him I wasn’t interested in ceramic package or warranty, but he said that the dealership already applied ceramic to the car. So, he reduced the cost to about $850. We DID NOT receive hard copies of ANY paperwork. I was emailed the loan documents later. When the car was delivered to us in the parking lot, it was still dirty like the day before…obviously it wasn’t washed and detailed. Instead, two younger guys came out with towels and a pink spray bottle and were attempting to wipe the car clean. I asked what was in the spray bottle, the guy said “I don’t know”. Finally, before we drove off the lot, a service guy looked over the bumper/fender area and said that they could just blend & feather that area. WRONG, I just spent $68k on this car, I want it done right…not some cheap repair job! We got the car home and washed & detailed ourselves, found tons of hard water spots all over the car. Which means either the dealership never ceramic coated the car, or they did a half-xxx job and never did paint correction prior to ceramic. Either way, I had to get professional detailer to remove water spots and correct paint. About three weeks passed and still never received a call from service department regarding the auto body work. I decided to get (3) estimates myself which all came in around $2000. I then emailed CBB and explained the overall unsatisfactory experience and requested a refund for the ceramic coat and for autobody repair. Service manager responds back. I sent him copies of (2) estimates. Said he would look into it my complaints. Spoke to the service manager a second time, still no resolution. Then a sales manager contacted me. He said he will not pay me $2000 to have the auto body work done at a shop closer to my home, when it will only cost him $300 at his shop, which is 1 hour away. Based on the bad experience, poor service, and lack of honesty from this dealership, I have no desire in taking the car back to them for anything…. not even to check my tire pressure. Therefore, I will not recommend CBB to anyone. Buyers beware. More
