While we are glad to hear that Dana provided you with fantastic customer service, we are really disappointed that you would not recommend CBB to others because the Tesla you were interested in was not charged or cleaned at the time that you picked it up. We wanted to speak with you directly to apologize because that is not how we do business. Obviously, someone dropped the ball having your car ready and clean at the time of pick up.
