Found my dream car! I found my dream car at Certified Benz and Beemer. I worked with Alexander. The first night I test drove the car but it was too late to purchase, so I was asked to come back. The next Benz and Beemer. I worked with Alexander. The first night I test drove the car but it was too late to purchase, so I was asked to come back. The next day I purchased the car, but was not given the car because the dealership explained that for an unknown reason the car had been relocated to another location. I had no idea when I would receive the car. I had to persistently follow up and kept being told that there was no timeline or reason. Finally I asked for a complimentary rental car. I was provided with this. Then a few weeks later, I was called and it was shared that the car could either be picked up or Alexander would drop it off. I went to go pick it up and inquired why it had been shipped elsewhere. I decided to go pick it up because I was concerned about issues. I had to ask why the car was shipped, and the dealership told me it was because of a broken AC, which had never been communicated to me during the purchase process. There was also a few scuff marks that the dealership removed, and the power button that was provided. I drove off without the manual. Then Alexander shipped me the manual after I followed up again diligently and found an extra key that he provided me with. Now I have my car, an extra key, the power manual. It was a bumpy "ride", but the car works. Overall, Alexander is honest, but doesn't always have the answers so this caused a lot of concern throughout the buying process. Also as a first-time car buyer and not having owned a car in 12 years, I definitely had to come prepared. I forged forward with optimism and now I own my dream car. So far there have been some issues but since I bought insurance through Benz and Beemer, I am able to have them take care of it without concern and Alexander reassured me of this. More
