They refused to sell me one of their car.I hired a car They refused to sell me one of their car. I hired a car broker to do the paperwork for me. My broker was paying the same retail price (not wholesale They refused to sell me one of their car. I hired a car broker to do the paperwork for me. My broker was paying the same retail price (not wholesale price) and I was paying my broker with my own money. At first they said no problem (very common) as they work with other dealers and ship out of state all the time. However, I receive a call from their salesman (Jacob) saying they have decided to not sell to my broker (again at the same price) but they want to sell the car directly to me. When I ask why? They could only tell me that they wanted to build a relationship with me directly and not with a broker so they will sell the car to me directly but not through a broker. Again, selling to my broker with no discount so my broker or myself is the same to them. A car broker is like a real estate agent. He works for you and knows how everything works. I am paying a car broker from my own money, so none of this made sense at all. It actually raised concerns because I saw this as a very big red flag and so did my broker. I didn’t purchase the car and would stay away from them. More
