James Viator was a very responsive and helpful salesperson. He answered any questions or concerns I had. I do not live in Arizona so I did not see the car in person before I decided to purchase. James understood my position and made an in-depth video of the car including the few cosmetic flaws the car has. I decided to take advantage of the 3-day satisfaction guarantee policy and have someone look at the car once delivered. They did not see anything wrong with the car and I am very pleased with my first experience purchasing a car through a dealer. There was a some poor communication on the financing side of deal, not sure if it was the bank or CBB but this did not cause much of a delay. More
