Well the Grinch was outta luck because the CBB Christmas Ninja techs were ready like some sort of deadly, troubleshooting elves. Yep. Ninja Elves. My service advisor Bryan called me on his candy cane communicator and advised that in fact, my starter and battery had been smoked. The elves didn’t disappoint, because by Monday we were driving outta that joint. The lesson here is very clear. Do not let your wife’s xxxxxxx husband anywhere near anything! More

Jamie is a top notch salesman. This was the 5th car I bought from this dealership. Having said that, his manager screwed me. I put $2K down on a Jag F Pace and told Jamie I would t This was the 5th car I bought from this dealership. Having said that, his manager screwed me. I put $2K down on a Jag F Pace and told Jamie I would take the car and would be back the following afternoon to settle up. They sold that car out from under me the following morning before I could get there. Had it not been for Jamie, I would have taken my business to Penske. I feel like I got screwed because they got more money or no trade in. I don’t know who the manager was. I bought an Audi but am disappointed at how this deal went down. Don’t know if I’ll go back next time. More
