The Experience was Mostly good There were 2 issues that should not have happened. When you spend $ 72,000 for a car, you expect to get 2 FOBs with the car. I was told that the o There were 2 issues that should not have happened. When you spend $ 72,000 for a car, you expect to get 2 FOBs with the car. I was told that the owner of Benz Beemer has a policy of not requiring 2 FOBs with a sale. This is a terribly sloppy business policy that could cause me trouble if anything happens to the FOB that came with the car. If I had known there was a missing FOB before I came to purchase the car, I would have demanded that the FOB be replaced and the cost added to the invoice for the car before I purchased. The extra FOB should have been supplied and the price adjusted accordingly. Now I will have to go to the Mercedes-Benz dealer (a 40 minute drive) and try to get the missing FOB replaced; wasting my precious time. The second issue was a gas tank that did not have enough gas to get me back to Tucson. I had to stop and purchase a tank of gas to get home. A $ 72,000 sale should include a tank of gas. It would be a good company policy to supply a tank of gas. These 2 issues kept me from giving a 5-star rating for my experience. More
