I was supposed to have my car picked up and one dropped off, it took me calling 2 times to get it scheduled. After my service, my car was left with me with a flat tire. They said they would patch it, it wa off, it took me calling 2 times to get it scheduled. After my service, my car was left with me with a flat tire. They said they would patch it, it was beyond patching! So I had to buy 4 new tires and they didn't even offer me a discount. Not to mention that they scratched one of my rims. I have bought 4 cars from CBB and this was the first time I have been extremely disappointed! ***Update*** Worked with CBB to make my experience better. they did all that they could to satisfy me. They did! I always appreciate the people who worked hard to come to a resolution regarding my issue, Tyson did a lot of hard work. Will be buying from them again! More
