Flawless Experience I discovered this dealership online a couple of weeks ago while searching for late model BMW X3s AWD or Audi Q5s. My search was challenging because I discovered this dealership online a couple of weeks ago while searching for late model BMW X3s AWD or Audi Q5s. My search was challenging because I only wanted a light-colored car with tan upholstery (black is too hot for Arizona, and it seems that most used vehicles on area lots have black upholstery because they are fleet vehicles). After three months of searching online, I finally found the perfect car with low miles, full maintenance records, flawless CarFax, top-of-the-line features and tech package....all at a very reasonable, no haggle price. When we went in for a test drive, we were helped by Tim. He has 15 years of BMW experience and owns two himself. Wow...so different from going to CarMax where the sales people I encountered have little-to-no knowledge about the vehicle you may be considering. Because this is our first BMW, we needed an expert; and Tim definitely knows his products. Overall, the dealership takes pride in finding and offering previously owned, certified, luxury vehicles. They even sell and ship cars to buyers all over the country. Ricardo in finance was a breeze to work with. Honestly, this may be the best car buying experience we've had (and we are 68 and 70!). Now, I cannot imagine buying a car any place else. When we left, I felt elated compared to feeling wrung out after leaving a Ford dealership seven years ago when we bought a new Ford Expedition. From the moment I reached out about the car I was interested in I was greeted with the utmost professionalism. He was very accommodating for us as we started the car-buying process from out of town and the great experience continued when we made the trip to the showroom to pick up the car. Everyone was nice to work with, we had a seamless purchase experience from start to finish. Nissa was efficient, thorough and really made the finance end of the transaction a breeze.
