Visited for routine oil change and vehicle inspection service at 24K miles on BMW X3. All personnel courteous and attentive. They predicted 1.5 hours to complete the service along with a car wash so I de service at 24K miles on BMW X3. All personnel courteous and attentive. They predicted 1.5 hours to complete the service along with a car wash so I decided to wait in their comfortable lounge. 2.5 hours later I went to inquire status. I saw my car parked in their post-service lot. The service rep apologized stating that he was "waiting for some paperwork" from the tech. 10 minutes later he found me in the lounge and asked me to review the service notes. I thank them for going the extra mile: I lost my sunglasses somewhere in their store. After I left they found them and contacted me. Janet saved them. I picked them up the next day. Much appreciated! More

I recently visited Benz and Beemer the other day looking for a CTS-V. I was greeted by James Viator a salesperson. I really don’t like going to dealerships because of the constant pressure other dealers d for a CTS-V. I was greeted by James Viator a salesperson.
