I was looking for a few weeks and kept comparing cars from other dealers close to my house, and then within a few hours drive of my house and then I expanded my search across the US. That is how I found Benz and Beemer of Scottsdale. They had the exact vehicle I wanted at a fabulous price, even after shipping fees it was still better equipped, priced and less mileage than cars close to my home. When I reached out to them, Andy was so nice and easy to work with! He sent me pictures of the car and videos. Their 24 hour return policy even across the country made it hard to pass up; I knew the car had to be pristine for them to guarantee the quality of the car. Free carfax was available also. I couldn't pass it up!. I put a deposit on the car, had a personal situation that occurred during the process which might have caused me to cancel the car, Andy couldn't have been more understanding and professional. A week later we were back In business with the sale. They patiently waited for funds to transfer between accounts and then shipped the car. Ricky in finance made it a smooth process as well. They overnighted paperwork, I sent it back, easy! Andy kept in touch with me during the shipping process. Even the receptionist was willing to have a conversation with my wife about whatever, they seem to enjoy what they were talking about, and offering us a peppermint when we entered the dealership.
