While there, they noticed the AC system had an issue, and instead of trying to sell me a new system, they were able to replace only the actual faulty part, saving me a lot of expense, and doing the work for less than BMW charges. Michael has gained not only all the rest of the work for my M3, but for my other Vehicles as well.
