I was able to inspect and test drive the car that I was interested in, as well as another for comparison purposes. The purchase went relatively smooth and working with the finance officer (all the paper work) was excellent. The car that I drove away with after purchase had some quite noisy rear tires on it (fronts had already been replaced). I knew I couldn't live with the noise, so I replaced them and it made a difference of night and day. I notified Certified Benz & Beemer a few days later and Peter Williams (Sales Manager) agreed to reimburse me for the replacement of the two bad tires. I felt that was very reasonable. My experience with this dealership was a good one. For this reason, I would recommend Certified Benz & Beemer to friends and family. More

When my wife and I drove to Scottsdale to see the Porsche in person we met Brandon. He was extremely helpful, patient and very courteous. It was a rare auto purchase experience. We actually left the dealership and took the evening to decide on our purchase. The next day I contacted them and decided to move forward. One guy tells me they tinted the windows. One guy tells me they didn't after I told them I got pulled over. They wanted $400 to fix it. I got it done elsewhere for less than $200. This place is all about the money and ZERO customer service. More
