Andrew emailed, texted, called and shot videos to ensure I knew everything about the car, especially since I lived 100 miles away and was going to look at the other car that afternoon. He was thorough without over stepping, and allowed me the time to make the right decision. I left the dealership in my used the next day very educated as Andrew took the additional time to point out features and answer questions, even pairing my phone! Overall great experience. More
