Great overall experience! I visited the dealership after looking at several other vehicles elsewhere. It was a Friday night and I had my young son with me, and Michael Gelbert I visited the dealership after looking at several other vehicles elsewhere. It was a Friday night and I had my young son with me, and Michael Gelbert spent a lot of time with us showing us not only the cars in my area of interest - but the super-cool cars that my son was interested in! I wish I had a bigger budget because these guys have some beautiful cars on the lot, and Michael really made us feel welcome. His attitude was helpful and not pushy at all, even though I ended up with two potential deals by the time the night ended. I had found a vehicle elsewhere that I was already looking forward to buying, so I came to Certified Benz and Beemer as a last ditch effort to see if I could find an equal or better car. Even though I didn't end up with one of their cars in inventory at the time, I will put them at the top of my list the next time around. More
