Was not up to my expectations. Salesman was new and friendly. Difficulty taking delivery, due to the BS thrown, at me. Upper management was disrespectful and I never got a call back. Trevor jerked me around with excuses about my interest rate. Still do not know enough about this vehicle, as the manual does not go into any detail about that which I was researching. I was supposed to be introduced to my service advisor, but that never took place. Would like someone from your service department to call me and explain some of the features offered by this vehicle. Terrible misrepresentation regarding my deposit, which was very deceiving. I showed proof, with documentation as to my vehicle being totaled and that a check was on it's way, to no avail. More
