I had researched several cars and had decided to purchase a Chevrolet Sonic for my first car. After searching locally, I came across an ad for Champion Chevrolet. I decided to contact them. From the start, when I spoke to Brandi Shelton, who is the customer service representative, I knew there was no doubt that I would be traveling an hour and a half from my home to shop there. She was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She put me in touch with Martin Tamayo, who was my salesman. Martin was super friend, super helpful, and super knowledgeable. I was very nervous at the beginning of the experience, but Martin quickly calmed my nerves and made it such a please experience. Lynn Lloyd in the finance office was right there to talk me through everything. He was very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He made the whole financing experience, something that can be stressful, very easy. Most of all I was so happy to see that they understood I was on a budget and worked diligently to keep me in my budget. Champion Chevrolet is now my dealership of choice!
