Four trips to get my HHR repaired. I brought my HHR in for repair. At that time approximately 2 months ago, I had a coupon for an all points inspection so since I was hearing noises in I brought my HHR in for repair. At that time approximately 2 months ago, I had a coupon for an all points inspection so since I was hearing noises in the front of the vehicle I thought this would find the problem. But, after the inspection the service person advised me that no problems were found. I drove the vehicle for a couple more weeks continuing to hear the noise. So, I got an appointment and returned to have the vehicle checked again. This time I was advised that the noise could not be located. But, that I had a left front abs sensor bad. Due to the cost of this service/parts I did not have anything done at that time. Checking my records at home I found that the whole drum and sensor unit was replaced and were within warranty (the service person I believe was Terry) did not advise me of this info instead I was charged again just for bringing it in? I called the salesman Lloyd Fleenor who I bought the car from when it was new, to discuss the problem. He immediately contacted the service manager and told me to bring the HHR in anytime when it made the noise. I advised him it always made the noise. So he had Shannon Monroe call me to set up a time to again check it out. Shannon was very helpful and advised me of the warranty coverage. However, I still had to wait 4 days to take it in for repair. At that time the found after test driving it for the 1st time out of all the visits, that the other front hub had gone bad and was the source of the noise. I ended up paying $455 for that repair. There seem to be no concern about how many times I had brought the vehicle in for repair and nothing was done. Until this problem I had confidence in the service department. Now, not so much. I thin Mr. Fleenor is one of the top employees at Champion. More

Bad experience with routine service issues After waiting 2 hours I find out only battery change and washer fluid line was reconnected. Routine service that was scheduled online was not done. I After waiting 2 hours I find out only battery change and washer fluid line was reconnected. Routine service that was scheduled online was not done. I had to wait another 45 minutes for my service which made me question the accuracy and care taken since it was a rush job. This was all set up in advance online and I received several emails and texts confirming the service. However Terry said they had nothing in their system showing what I selected online and that I should have mentioned I wanted service work done as I only mentioned the battery and washer fluid problem. I’m shocked the customer is expected to accept responsibility for the dealerships mistake after I did my part. I feel I was cheated out of a thorough inspection and service since it took two hours to change the battery and reconnected the washer line but less than 45 minutes for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. Additionally, the oil service light was on and I only had until 4/10 to use a complimentary service so Why wouldn’t they ask if I wanted to take care of that while I’m there if it didn’t show up in the system? Isn’t that just normal customer service? I’m very disappointed in my experience and hope it can be used to improve your service. More
