While I did not buy a vehicle there, Brooks in the service department got my Silverado in for recall work that had been negelcted by the previous owner. Excellent dealership, I went in 3 separate times and every time, they did everything they could to get me in a new car. Even when I was escorted out the door for trying to take one of their cars without every time, they did everything they could to get me in a new car. Great experience buying the Colorado. However, follow up on parts I had requested was nonexistent, because the sales person leaving without getting things processed. Had to repeatedly call trying to get in on parts I had requested was nonexistent, because the sales person leaving without getting things processed. Had to repeatedly call trying to get information. Promised to call back next day and let me know what was happening and that didn’t happen, either. Finally the sales manager called and got the ball rolling. Had to call again looking for parts.....all I can say is this was quite messed up! More
