They had our rig for At least 8 weeks. The day after we dropped it off, Mike realized something was in the rig he needed. When he got to the dealership he found the rig unlocked setting no The day after we dropped it off, Mike realized something was in the rig he needed. When he got to the dealership he found the rig unlocked setting not behind a locked gate but just on the lot. Anyone could have gotten in our rig. Plus backed into a tree that had branches on the back, top And side. We have pictures. There is a place on the passenger side if it doesn’t buff out we will expect Champion to be responsible for. They Couldn’t get parts although trucks were still being made so getting parts shouldn’t have Been so difficult in my opinion. They had to fix an engine on a 2026 model that had 3 problems. The passenger side door wasn’t mounted correctly, we were told they tried but could not fix so now we have to take to a collision center for that repair. After the work On the rig was complete and we came to pick it up, yep you guessed it, backed into a pine tree this time. Just no respect. I’m sure not one of them would be backing their brand new rig into trees where possible scratches could happen. They had to remove the seats to do the repairs and behind the passenger seat are two small holes in the floor perfectly side by side, probably where they had to set the seat down maybe to get a better hold of it. Not sure just know now 2 holes are in the floor. More
