I encountered an unusual problem with the display on my Bolt. The Champion staff quickly diagnosed it and resolved the problem. Sales person explained everything about the car I tested on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nothing negative about the experience. However, on Monday morning I had 2 texts and a phone c on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nothing negative about the experience. However, on Monday morning I had 2 texts and a phone call all within 2.5 hours. The texts were from a sales associate and the manager, the call from the sales person I worked with. I do not like being "pestered". I was driving or at an appointment so could not respond to any of the messages. More
