They were courteous, informative and more than willing to help. They took the time to make sure I understood what the lights meant and that if the wheels are rotated and weren’t reset that’s why we would hav help. Do your research, because there's no help available Very little vehicle knowledge, no financing conversations, everything that may be a negative about a car is just brushed off like it's no big deal. I Very little vehicle knowledge, no financing conversations, everything that may be a negative about a car is just brushed off like it's no big deal. I did extensive research online about my car before going and basically just needed approved and it sold itself. If not, I would have walked. No one seemed interested in being engaged about selling this vehicle. It was just a bored atmosphere, no one had information, and they acted like they didn't have to do anything, just a "take it or leave it because we don't need your business" attitude. Even when we got to the point of needing my insurance information I had to wait 10 minutes on the phone with my insurance company because they couldn't tell me what company was doing my financing. I mean, how do we get that far and you're that clueless? Plus, we got that far and they had no idea what kind of payment I was looking for or how many months - just completely disinterested. Like I said, if I hadn't already made up my mind purely based on the car, I'd have left. Even though I liked the car, I had buyer's remorse because it was a bad experience. To top it all off, the horn doesn't work and I had no idea. Now I get to have that fixed. And this is on a certified pre-owned vehicle with less than 30k miles. Good stuff...... More
