First Time Buyer, Excellent Experience I was very nervous in the week before coming to the dealership. My old 2009 model was falling apart, and I was in dire need of a replacement. I was also in a subprime credit position, so I had very little hope that I would be getting a good replacement. That's where Zac came in to save me. He worked so hard to get me into a new 2019 Chevy Spark at a monthly rate that made me comfortable. We are not huge fans of the car buying game and had went through a different dealership for our other vehicle and it was a horrible experience. So we went on line found the vehicle we wanted at the price we liked. We called and asked them if they could have it ready for us. We live 10 minutes away and when we got there they had it ready for us. They also informed us of another option. Zach Neeley has by far been the best car salesman I have come across. We had a broken down vehicle to trade in so we took a test drive to our house. The entire drive he didn’t try to sell us the vehicle he just talked to us. No pressure just let us kind of tell him what we wanted. He took at look at the trade in took some pictures and we went back to the dealership. We knew we wanted the vehicle. So we started the buying process. I mentioned being hungry and Zach ran to the break room and heated us up some pizza so we could have something to hold us over. He quickly got everything ready despite the system giving him some problems. We actually laughed the whole time we were there. The staff was wonderful. The process went off without any problems and we left only 3 hours later with a beautiful new vehicle that we can safely drive our 3 daughters around in. You have restored our faith in the car buying process! We will be back soon to trade in our other vehicle as soon as we agree on what we want! Thank you to all of you who helped us today!
