Almost 100% service Good experience. Only problem that I had and still have.... I called in advance to make sure a specific car had ALL the features I wanted. Features Good experience. Only problem that I had and still have.... I called in advance to make sure a specific car had ALL the features I wanted. Features that I wanted and asked for included auto tailgate lift. I also asked for full itemized cost for the same vehicle. I got all features I wanted minus tailgate lift and the full price was not offered. Adjustment made in cost since I was given a misquoted amount but I was so tired that I forgot to address the tailgate lift issue. I still bought the car but every time I have to manually lift that tailgate I remember that one negative experience. Wish my salesperson had addressed that with his boss and wish I had remembered to bring it up. I live a full hour away from this dealership on a heavy traffic day. That was the reason for calling in advance. For that reason alone I cannot give them a perfect score. Other than the above they probably would have. God bless all! :-) More

Warranty on my used Silverado I am not happy with your dealership right now. I bought my truck on 3/6/18 last year, with less 18,000 miles on it. The salesman who sold it to us sai I am not happy with your dealership right now. I bought my truck on 3/6/18 last year, with less 18,000 miles on it. The salesman who sold it to us said we had bumper to bumper coverage for 1 yr, and we bought 4 more years. Then we found out today that there are two types of warranties. One for use. And one for new. We brought our truck in because our radio stopped working. Well it cost us 115.00 labor, and 18.00 in parts. Because they said we have a used car warranty and this is not covered. So, basically your salesman lied to us, especially when he told us it would cover a light bulb but, not to have our truck radio reprogrammed. Is this going to happen again, and we are going to have to pay again to have the radio reprogrammed? We had to leave the truck, so they brought me home, but I still had to go back and pick back up. Yes, radio is fixed but, truck that is usually serviced get washed, and that did not happen either. I am retired and on a fixed income, and DO NOT like being lied to about my coverage. Especially since I have less than 27,000 miles on it, and have owned it less than a year. So, NO I will not give Champion a good review, and I WILL NOT refer anyone to you. I DO NOT like to be lied to, and your salesman Allen, who convenantly is NO LONGER THERE. I wish I had went to RAY SKILLMAN where my daughter in law works. Would have not been lied to so, you could make a sale. More

First time at Champion Chevrolet service dept. It was a day before we were suppose to get lots of snow and ice. I just dropped in to get a oil change and tire rotations.
