From out of town. NO BRAKES! Was in town for work vacuum pump went bad on 2016 truck. Excellent customer service I had a shattered drivers side rear view mirror. It was very unnerving to drive with it and it was during the Christmas holidays. Rich Emmons ordered I had a shattered drivers side rear view mirror. It was very unnerving to drive with it and it was during the Christmas holidays. Rich Emmons ordered it, had it in the next day and had it fixed within 4 days, considering it was Christmas time. He is and always has been the epitome of excellence in customer service. He always greets me by name and goes out of his way to make sure my car is safe to drive before I leave. Truly, he is the face of service with Champion Chevrolet. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is friendly and warm to his customers. I would never go to another dealership for service and would only ever have Rich be my service advisor. (And 5 star ratings are generally not easy to come by). Rich Emmons deserves 5 stars each and every time. Thank you Champion Chevrolet for having such a genuinely nice, compassionate and service savvy advisor at the top of your staff. More

The best I have ever have in my 30 plus years of purchasing I have never looked forward to having to buy an automobile. It has always been a frustratining proces. This all changed when I needed to purchase a truck over the last couple of weeks. I went to several dealerships in the area and ended up not even coming close to helping me with what I was asking for. This all changed the minute I walked in the door at Champion Cheverlet and met Andrea Goodwin. I immediately felt I was being helped, listened to and within a very reasonable amount of time I was able to purchase what I was looking for. They exceeded my expectations in both quality and price. In the 30 plus years I have been purchasing automobiles I have never had as good as service as I did with Champion and Andrea Goodwin. More

Who knew buying a car could be so easy! So you start out, "YAY! We are going to go buy a new car today!" Then you quickly go to, "Oh no, I have to deal with a car salesman today!" Enter Alle So you start out, "YAY! We are going to go buy a new car today!" Then you quickly go to, "Oh no, I have to deal with a car salesman today!" Enter Allen Syx. He may be a car salesman, but not really. Allen isn't a salesman at all. It was as easy as buying a gallon of milk. What kind you want? What size you want? Here it is. Of course, a Chevy Equinox pretty much sells themselves. If you've had one, you'll want another. Our Equinox was 8 years old and had served us very well. We knew we'd buy another. Allen was so easy to work with. And then we go to Shay for the paperwork. That was like 1~2~3. Sign here and here. That guy must do that in his sleep. He sure knew his business. Let me just say it was easy spending money there. Champion Chevrolet all the way! More

Great experience with service The team got my vehicle and within an hour had diagnosed the problem, fixed it by early afternoon, and also got me a shuttle service to my vehicle.
