Basic service I brought my car in for basic oil change and tire rotation under warranty. After service, I asked what type of oil was used in my car. Diana said "I d I brought my car in for basic oil change and tire rotation under warranty. After service, I asked what type of oil was used in my car. Diana said "I don't know, I think it's 10w30". This was not the answer I was looking for, and it made me loose confidence in service in that they new what they were doing. I expected her to know brand and type. I later found out my tires were not rotated because my wheels had wheel locks and service could not find the lug not key. This was not communicated to me while the car was at service or when I picked it up. I found this out at a later service appointment. Service could have called if they had a question and could have been better about communication. More

Android Auto problems I am technologically impaired and I could not get my Android Auto Application to work on my car. I had had my car for two months and the android auto was working fine until a week ago. I took it in and the service department had to break down the whole radio system and then found that they needed to replace the USB receptacle, Rich Emmons, who handled my problem, was just excellent. He checked out a loaner vehicle to me and then kept me posted on what was going on with my car. Just a great experience with the service department at Champion Chevrolet. More

My son and I had driven from the Greenwood area to Avon to look around and we ended up agreeing on a deal that was satisfactory to us. Aaron Glaze our salesperson was extremely nice and the dealership was zero pressure & low key, plus the vehicles were clean, and the Shay Foley on the finance staff was forthcoming and straightforward about the contract. So, all in all, I would 100% recommend Champion of Avon. More

Excellent customer service!! I met Will in the gym and when I asked where he worked he told me he was at Champion Chevrolet of Avon. I happened to need some service work done, an I met Will in the gym and when I asked where he worked he told me he was at Champion Chevrolet of Avon. I happened to need some service work done, and although I have a friend at a south side Chevy dealership, I decided to go see Will. Just as he was friendly in the gym, he was as much so at the dealership. Will is a true professional and I look forward to future business with him and Champion in the future. More

Emergency Repair Needed Had an issue with the ignition lock on my son's car. Cooridinated with Dave Blanck (who I was a long time customer). Treated like a friend I talked to Rich when I called in the day after buying my "dream" car a new Corvette. My wife and I had noticed the right headlight was out the eveni I talked to Rich when I called in the day after buying my "dream" car a new Corvette. My wife and I had noticed the right headlight was out the evening before. Rich immediately asked me to bring the car in so that they could take care of it. Rich was easy to find when I arrived and had it back to be diagnosed and corrected in short order. He came to see me after a while in the waiting room and explained that they had the front end of the car apart diagnosing the issue and offered to set up a ride to get me back home. The part needed to be ordered so I picked the car up on the following Monday and Rich assured me that the car had been inside while waiting for the part. I felt that he kept me up to date on what was happening and treated me like I was a long time friend getting special consideration More
