Easy, no-hassle sales experience I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I was expecting to pay. I was greeted by Derek Rose and we went over to the truck I had in mind. He grabbed the keys and let me take a look around and then offered a test drive. He asked questions and answered all of mine without trying to change my mind or outguess me. I really appreciated that he didn't try to be overbearing or try to upsell me on things I didn't need or want. It was really refreshing to find someone who understood that I knew my own needs best and didn't try to convince me I should go a different route. Once I decided to move forward with the sale we went over some numbers and he provided me a sheet which broke down their asking price, their offer on my trade, and what the monthly payments would be. With just some slight negotiating we arrived at a figure that was in line with what KBB suggested the price should be, and lower than competing dealerships in the area. Great Experience!!! When we went to the dealership we new exactly which vehicle we were interested in. We were pleasantly surprised that we were not bombarded by sales as When we went to the dealership we new exactly which vehicle we were interested in. We were pleasantly surprised that we were not bombarded by sales associates. When entering the main sales floor we were greated by the friendly staff and sales associates. Our sales associate Steve was happy to assist us at looking at the truck we were interested in and do a test drive. After knowing we were set on the vehicle we went inside to do all of the paper work. Drew in the finance department was friendly and efficient. He was able to get all of our paper work done and signed with in an hour. We have purchased many vehicles and this has been by far the best and easiest experience we've had. More
Purchased a new vehicle with trade in The selection of vehicles I was looking for was good and I was able to find 2 to decide between. The salesman who showed me the vehicles was not as f The selection of vehicles I was looking for was good and I was able to find 2 to decide between. The salesman who showed me the vehicles was not as familiar with the specifics of the vehicles as I expected. He used generalizations often and didn't know the answers to several questions related to features of the vehicles. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with however. The financial stage was handled poorly. The gentleman who was processing my sale tried to put me into financing that I had no knowledge of and was, in fact, much worse than the terms I secured after questioning his information, causing him to check available financing again. The sales manager was helpful and appeared open and honest pricing structures very clearly. I appreciated that. The whole process took entirely too long. I was an easy customer. I knew what i wanted to buy, had no financing concerns, was satisfied with the trade in allowance and still it took me 3 1/2 hrs to complete the transaction. No reason in the world for that to be the case. Ultimately I left with the vehicle I wanted at a price I considered fair with financing I could live with. More
