I called him and we set up an appointment on Friday to look at what could be wrong. He thought the parts to fix it would not come in until next week, so he filled up the tank with gas. The only minor complaint I can come up with is during the detailing to get the car ready for us, no one checked the trunk and it was loaded with boxes that we didn't need to take home with us to dispose of, other than that, the experience was great. The finance guy we dealt with was very friendly and courteous, informed us of all our options but was not pushy. More

Now this vehicle contains my husband's handicap ramp. Not only did you give us a vehicle to use while our vehicle was being repaired, but when you learned that he is on home hospice you even delivered the repaired vehicle to our home once you found out my husband was not feeling well enough for me to leave him to pick it up from you. Now that is EXCELLENT SERVICE. When I buy a vehicle I want to have a good follow-up when service is required, so I will have no trouble recommending your dealership to anyone I know who may be in the market for a purchase. More
