Oil change. I went in for an oil change and was told a tire rotation would be free. Really appreciated that since I was due for a tire rotation. Great customer service Andrea was a great sales lady and very informative, I walked away with exactly what I wanted, the only thing that I can think of that I'm not extremel Andrea was a great sales lady and very informative, I walked away with exactly what I wanted, the only thing that I can think of that I'm not extremely happy with is the cleanliness of my new car, after getting home I found food in the seats and even what appeared to be fingernails in one of the side pockets (gross), aside of that I feel as if I got a great deal on my 2014 Traverse and I love it!! Bought a car with agreement to bring it back for repair My daughter bought a 2012 there, an agreement was made with rusty, sales , to bring car back in for fan repair. Rusty was great, he sent a message giving details that the repair would take a few days and we would have a compliment car waiting. We got there, Service department had us for an appointment, but no compliment car and I was informed by Patrick " we are not a rental car company", Another employee chimes in and said "first come first serve". It took an hour to get a car. When we brought it back and picked up car, the fan didn't work. It's like they didn't even try it. While waiting for the car the first day, another woman left and returned within 10 minutes. She said her car had not been fixed. the experience of my daughter buying her first " new to her" car was great. But this service department needs a new mechanic, and a new face to customers. More
