They might have changed their name, but they are still Dugan Chevy! They are nothing but crooks, cheats, and liars. My daughter just bought a used car from Champion Chevy. Our salesman was Brad Korby, and he was energetic, attentive, and nice to work with. Sydney Brown, the finance officer was wonderful, a blessing really. She was personable, engaging, funny, and just a joy. The car my daughter bought is in really good condition, but the cold snap had killed the battery. Part of the purchasing agreement was that the battery was tested and charged and when the car was presented to her, Brad GUARANTEED that the battery was perfectly fine and all charged up. But after we made a stop on our way home, the battery was as dead as a doornail. It had not been charged. So my daughter ended up having to spend an additional $210 on a new battery. That was issue #1. #2 was, my daughter bought the car outright in a cash transaction. So while she was signing paperwork, I paid. They took the money for someone to count and verify. It wasn't until we got home that I realized that they hadn't given me the change. More

The service department is a mess. Either the technicians are incompetent or the service manager is out of touch. My truck was towed to this location due to a bad fuel pump. It took almost 60 days for them to fix a fuse box issue because they failed to do the research on the problem, instead they attempted to order a whole new fuse block when there had already been a TSB informing technicians how to fix the issue. I believe the CSR’s are put in extremely bad positions due to poor management and techs. More
