Could improve on communication. Dropped vehicle off on Thurs. night for appt. at 10 on Friday - had to call to check on car (after 3 PM) to be told they hadn't gotten to it yet. Was able to pick the car up by close on Friday. I had to contact them - they stated they had many out - which I can appreciate knowing how things have been. Hope that will not be the case for them or us in the future. More
