…..so the car transporter was late getting our ordered car to the dealership. Finally with no where else accept to make Champion we traveled in hoping for the best only to wait… When the car arrived car to the dealership. First experience with the Service Center and very impressed. I arrived on Monday morning with no appointment for an oil change. At first, I thought I would be turned away based on number of other cus impressed. I arrived on Monday morning with no appointment for an oil change. At first, I thought I would be turned away based on number of other customers in the line before me. Instead, I was warmly greeted and accommodated. The customer waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The wait was minimal. The entire experience from check-in through check-out was the best ever. All of the employees were super friendly and seemed very happy to be there. I will definitely return even though it is over 45 minutes away and I pass two other Chevrolet dealerships to get there! More
