Thanks for the review. I apologize that you had to wait over an hour to see Linda. When we get busy, we do sometimes get backed up. To help out with this issue, we just hired a back up for Linda. She's currently being trained. I must address the "no add on" statement so you can understand how we have to proceed that way. If we sell a product, such as a warranty, we have to offer that warranty to 100% of the customers that qualify. If we don't, it's considered discrimination. So, we use menus to show the payments. We are in the process of switching to a new system that will make it easier for the customer to examine and make a educated decision on which products to purchase, or not purchase. I hope that explains our point of view. If not, I'd be happy to sit down with you in person and go over it in detail. We in no way try to deceive our customers. Sorry about the cleanup issue, I'm going to show your review to our team to ensure better service in the future. Next time it's dirty, bring it by for a free "spit shine".
