Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. My husband saw the Ecosport in the showroom. I was at work and our salesman, Erik Janco, brought the car to my work so I could see it. This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Chapman Ford in Lancaster. Each time it has been a very good experience. DaShawn Martinez was so patient and courteous as we were deciding on color and pac Ford in Lancaster. Each time it has been a very good experience. DaShawn Martinez was so patient and courteous as we were deciding on color and package preferences, and he worked hard to find just the right vehicle. When our vehicle arrived on lot, DaShawn very carefully explained the various new components. He even spent more time helping when we went back to ask another question regarding the "new stuff." Jon Webster, the sales manager, was also helpful as we made the deal, making sure we had the best deal possible. Jared Meshey made the financial process very smooth.
