I was contacted by Chapman ford to bring my 2016 F-150 in for recall on the brakes. I made the appointment with the person who called me for 815 am on 10/27/20 . Drove my truck down for an appointment to fix a faulty camera on a brand new Raptor. Also scheduled an appointment for a protective coating on the paint but was told I did not qualify for it. Salesman sai camera on a brand new Raptor. Also scheduled an appointment for a protective coating on the paint but was told I did not qualify for it. Salesman said I had three months to get the coating but turned out it was a lie. Went to pick up my truck after it was finished only to be disappointed they didn’t even run a hose over it.
