I can not say enough good things about my experience at Chapman Ford. I contacted them on their website and was responded to in a short amount of time. My spouse recently passed away and I wanted to trad Chapman Ford. I contacted them on their website and was responded to in a short amount of time. My spouse recently passed away and I wanted to trade his truck and my car at the same time to purchase a new vehicle. From start to finish the process was effortless. They actually came to my house to see my vehicles and brought a new Explorer for me to test drive ! Talk about customer service.....everyone that I spoke to was professional and courteous. The main man, Jason, was so easy to deal with. Always returning my calls and answering my questions and meeting my demands. The sales manager, Damien, who came to my home was awesome. The day of my trade was so effortless, from signing papers to having the salesman, Avanti, explain all the bells and whistles on my new Explorer to me. I am totally satisfied with Chapman Ford as I have been for several years. However, I am totally disappointed in the Ford brand. The car that we just had serviced is a 2016 Ford Fusion that we purchased at for several years. However, I am totally disappointed in the Ford brand. The car that we just had serviced is a 2016 Ford Fusion that we purchased at Chapman. It needed a new engine. This car has turned out to be a lemon as we have also had to replace the transmission recently as well. When I contacted Ford they told me that the engine AND transmission in this year of the Fusion were defective. Did they offer some compensation to help with repairs. ABSOLUTELY NOT. THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. Needless to say we have purchased our last Ford. I will continue to use Chapman for service on our existing Fords but when the time comes to replace them we will be switching brands. More
