Inspections and Emissions I scheduled an appointment, online, to drop my car off for inspection and emission at 8am. I was asked when I would need the car and I said "no later I scheduled an appointment, online, to drop my car off for inspection and emission at 8am. I was asked when I would need the car and I said "no later than 2" thinking there's no way they will use all 6 hours, but didn't want to necessarily rush the service crew. Well, 2:00 came and went and it hadn't even gone through the inspection process yet. I called at 2:15 and talked with Beth, who was great throughout the whole process, and told her I needed the car no later than 3:00 and thought that was "fair to ask". Eventually my car was ready by 2:35pm, so it worked out, but next time I know to say have it done ASAP otherwise I will be without a car for the entire day. Unfortunately, I lease the vehicle from Chapman so I can't take it anywhere else. More
