Warranty Job Came in to have buttons on my steering wheel fixed under warranty. While being serviced my battery all the sudden went dead, told me the battery didn' Came in to have buttons on my steering wheel fixed under warranty. While being serviced my battery all the sudden went dead, told me the battery didn't have enough amps to start. It was perfectly fine upon taking it there never had issues previously. Advisor tried selling me a battery, which I passed on. Upon leaving I took my car elsewhere (2minutes up the road) to have the battery tested - battery was perfectly fine. Clearly, they were out to make money off a customer just because my battery was supposedly the original and they only last 4 years (same age as my car). Even if my battery did go dead while in their service, they should be held responsible. Not sure I will remain a customer here. More
