Most satisfying service visit I've ever had There was some confusion at the beginning of our visit to have a faulty airbag replaced, but that was due entirely to the inadequate performance of th There was some confusion at the beginning of our visit to have a faulty airbag replaced, but that was due entirely to the inadequate performance of the contractor responsible for scheduling our repair. When we got that straightened out, our service agent bent over backwards to find a way to get the job done then and there. And when it was done, contacted us right away to let us know our vehicle was good to go. And then...on top of all of that excellent service, the agent took time to once again explain the process to us and why we had encountered the confusion and potential delay in the first place. He could not have been kinder or more pleasant or more patient with a couple of old farts if he tried. Thank you for having such wonderful people in your employ. More
