When we got that straightened out, our service agent bent over backwards to find a way to get the job done then and there. And when it was done, contacted us right away to let us know our vehicle was good to go. And then...on top of all of that excellent service, the agent took time to once again explain the process to us and why we had encountered the confusion and potential delay in the first place. He could not have been kinder or more pleasant or more patient with a couple of old farts if he tried. Thank you for having such wonderful people in your employ. More
