Great people I enjoyed working with the staff!! They really helped me to understand the financing in regards to my trade in and we stayed up to 11pm one night to g I enjoyed working with the staff!! My complaint turned into a overall great visit. I am a three time Hyundai car buyer and I was originally going to complain about the tires for my 2013 Veloster. Once again I was facing the issue whe I am a three time Hyundai car buyer and I was originally going to complain about the tires for my 2013 Veloster. Once again I was facing the issue where I needed four new tires for a vehicle with less than 30,000 miles driven. My last two times I did not get the problem resolved but this time was different. The new sales manager addresses my issues, prevented me from changing car dealerships and more. We ended up trading the car in for a new 2015 Sonata and I am very pleased with the service I received this visit. More

A totally enjoyable experience I have bought many cars and visited many dealerships and I have just had one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences that anyone could have. Tot I have bought many cars and visited many dealerships and I have just had one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences that anyone could have. Totally different than most other dealerships. You usually have to haggle over everything and go thru different people at the dealership just to get the deal you want and you usually don't . Then you leave the dealership feeling totally drained. Well I think you have to make it a point to visit Checkered Flag Hyundai. I met with Harvey Raffensperger, a product specialist there and it was like meeting an old friend. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and reviewed all purchasing and leasing options and makes you feel at ease. I would have to rate him as the best sales representative at any dealership I have ever been to. If you want to have a totally enjoyable experience obtaining a Hyundai then you have got to call him. I was totally impressed of his knowledge and professionalism and easy going personality and I would highly recommend him to my closest friends. Thanks for a fun and enjoyable experience. Ask for Harvey, you won't regret it. PS: The finance lady was very nice also and very professional. More
