I did call Todd Collins and he did ask if he could do something to make this up to me. We did talk for awhile. I told him that I will never go back to that service department. So there is nothing he could do to make this up. Not many people will complain that should but I am one that will speak up when needed. I was told that there have been several changes made - maybe this will help future customers.
