Bob Rischitelli was our Sales Associate from Checkered Flag Hyundai. I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Elantra during the Memorial Day Weekend sale. I live on the peninsula, and didn't originally want to t Flag Hyundai. I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Elantra during the Memorial Day Weekend sale. I live on the peninsula, and didn't originally want to travel that far, but his price couldn't be beat, and the entire process from picking the car out all the way to the final signing and driving away couldn't of been any easier. I came into your dealership after visiting a couple other dealerships, including another Hyundai dealership and right away Mr.Perry greeted us at the door and extended excellent cutomer service. He was very friendly and took the time out to hear my wants regarding the vehicle I wanted as well as the price I wanted to pay. He never tried to push another vehicle ,outside of the one I wanted, off on me. Overall I must say this was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. KUDOS to Mr. Perry. Would be nice if all salesmen were like him!! Oh, and another thing -------excellent dealership as well. I was in and out in no time!! More

My daughter's Sonata radio had stopped working, and was in and out. She made an appointment, the radio worked the day of her appt, but the service people said they can't fix what was not broken. The stereo works sporadically and they don't believe us? Wouldn't even look at it? A 7 -month -old Sonata bought at their dealership with an extended warranty package, and they think she was making the problem up and wasting a Saturday morning going to her appt at the dealership? Not acceptable. More

As a long-time customer of Checkered Flag Hyundai, I had met with and spoken to Mr. Joel Perry on several occasions. At first, I was impressed with his product knowledge. He would relate to me about upcoming upgrades and models to be introduced. Later on, all that he spoke of did come to fruition, the R-Spec, the Azera, and so on. A salesperson with such in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm about his products is an absolute, invaluable asset to his team. As time went on, and I came to be "in the market" for a vehicle, Joel became the natural choice for me to approach. I had very much enjoyed talking with him about cars, especially the Hyundai brand.
