As far as the car buying experience itself, it was a great experience. My problem is with the service. Every time I try to get my car in to be serviced it takes a month or month and a half to get it in great experience. My problem is with the service. Now the navigation system Isn’t working as well as most of the blue link and they told me that I need a new radio I had it in there on December 28 and they were suppose to order a radio and I called to find out why it’s taken so long today and no radio was ever ordered Just not a good experience with the service department at all. The service advisors name is Seth and I’ve called him numerous times to see what’s going on and he’s never in the office or he just doesn’t return my phone calls when I leave a message as I said just now had a good experience with the service department.
