CAR LEASING EXPERIENCE Rich was our main guy who helped us get things set up. Went to a couple of other dealerships to just price compare and it should be noted that Rich actually acknowledged my presence. At other dealerships, I experienced less than ideal interactions with sales personnel, likely operating under the assumption that my husband was buying me a car. While I shopped with my husband, I have my own job and can sustain my own car purchases. In fact, I am in the leader in our household when it comes to income. Rich talked to me and realized quickly that it wasn't just my husband who needed great customer service. Rich engaged me and my husband and ultimately I told my husband that I did not want to buy from anyone else but Rich. More
