I'm trying to respond to a review by fish (something) but the site wont allow a response. Something sounds fishy to me in the review. Who spends 32 thousand dollars on something they dont want?? It sounds li the site wont allow a response. Something sounds fishy to me in the review. Who spends 32 thousand dollars on something they dont want?? It sounds like he/she was not happy with the amount offered for the trade which is usually what bothers people the most. I for one don't believe everything I read. Where are the emails asking for assistance for the "problem" they experienced? Be careful when reading these reviews. If a customer is unhappy about one little thing, they tend to exagerrate a bit when telling friends, family, coworkers, and especially internet sites. They need to have a good story to post, so they make it a little more interesting. Do I believe the dealer couldn't find the keys, or that they were going to give the Jeep to another dealer..sure. I also believe they probably low balled the trade. Everyone tries to get their best deal in business. Do I believe this person paid $32k for something they didn't want? No way. Who in their right mind would do that? I don't care how far I drive, I'm not spending that kind of money on anything I don't want and certainly not from people who "supposedly" treated me so badly. Just my opinion :) I originally came on here to rate my service experience and saw this and just had to respond. I brought my minivan in twice, once for regular maintenance and once for a damage windshield. I came back for the auto body damage because they were so great for the regular maintenance. Normally, if you take a vehicle to a dealer for service and are looking for an overrall inspection of everything, it's like open season when you pick your vehicle up. They have a list of hundreds of dollars of recommended services. I had the oil changed and asked for the maintenance inspection. I was recommended to replace my brakes soon and replace my tires. That's it. I paid my $40 and was happy. Everyone was pleasant and didn't try to sell me any extra services. I was very pleased and will return to them for my brakes (which I already knew needed to be replaced) More
They are unprofessional and scam artists don’t buy here!!! I called this dealer on a New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I specified all the options I needed and the sale person confirmed they had the veh here!!! I called this dealer on a New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I specified all the options I needed and the sale person confirmed they had the vehicle I was looking for. We agreed on the price and asked for the window sticker of the car and she faxed it over to me. All the options were listed except for the dual top which we agreed she said it had. So she confirmed with her manger that it did and emailed me back confirming the deal. Here are the emails I trail…. Ed, This is a confirmation of our appointment tonight at 7:45 for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 4x4 in white. This is to additionally confirm that the vehicle I sent you the window sticker for, last 6 of the VIN 164260, includes both the hard and soft top. Your price with the rebates is $31,526. Please remember to ask for Antonio or Rich when you arrive. Thank you, Would you be able to write this up buyers agreement and sent it to me. I don't want to drive 90 minutes to find out this is not what I am expecting. Thanks for your help much appreciated! Thanks, Ed In NJ the Buyer's agreement is contractual and cannot be done unless you are here in the store. I faxed you the actual window sticker of the Jeep and it is here in the store waiting for you. It is exactly what you are expecting. If you can't trust a sales person, who can you trust? See you tonight? Ok, I will be there tonight. I just wanted to make sure I am not hit with extra fees when I get there. I know you have my car for $31,526 The only extra fees are your taxes/tags and our doc fee that we discussed of $149. I wouldn't want to deal with the kind of Karma I'd be hit with for bringing someone here from NY and everything not being as I said it would be. Drive safely! Ok, so when I arrived there and spoke to Antonio he had no idea who or what I was there for. He pasted me over to a sales man to show me the car. We found the vehicle on the lot but the keys were missing. Going back into the showroom another sales man said that car is not for sale it was already swapped out to another dealer. After arguing for 30 minutes with them they said now they can sell me the car…Next they asked how I was going to pay for the car and I was putting down cash and financing the rest. So they ask for my credit card and immediately credited my account and asked me to sign it. They didn’t even show me the agreement yet. Next, was my trade-in, KBB for trade-in lowest value was $2900 and they offered me $1000 low blow and two other dealers offered $2500 or more. Next, they said this vehicle only has 1 top not dual tops. I and specifically said needed both and confirmed by the salesman in emails it included both. So now it was getting late and the sales team was just jerking me around. After all this I still agreed to buy the car and the dealer would not do anything for the troubles and lies they are putting me through. This is a very unprofessional dealership with bait and switch tactic I would not recommend buying here….. More

Hello all who read this. My name is Brian and I called up CHD in May to get a price for my car. I needed an alternator and spoke to Mark who said they could get me an alternator and install it for 260 plus t CHD in May to get a price for my car. I needed an alternator and spoke to Mark who said they could get me an alternator and install it for 260 plus tax. They said it was because of some warranty they have because Dodge's alternators have been defected. So I drop the car off.. I called them the next few days for updates on the car, when I could pick it up.. and every time I asked for the price and said Mark said it would be 260 plus tax. Which they confirmed, So I go pick the car up.. and they say it's going to be 449 and change. I said why, they said because the car needed a new battery, starter, and alternator. THEY NEVER SAID THIS ON THE PHONE. So I pay them it was around MAY 17TH OR 19TH that I GOT MY CAR... On June 24th my car died. A little more than a month after they fixed it.. it died. I called them up told them what happened.. they said I was covered under a 12 month/ 12k warranty. So they gave me the number to chrysler road side assistance.. got the car towed to Freehold Chrysler in NJ to get the work done. Jeff from CHD calls me and says that THEY have to do the work because they gave me a goodwill discount (pay for labor not the parts).. so they said they have to do the work in cherry hill. Mind you.. the freehold chrysler is 10 minutes away from my job [i work in marlboro].. and CHD is 2 hours away from my job.. So they told me they would send a tow truck to pick the car up from Freehold Chrysler and have it towed to CHD. I asked if they are going to have the car towed back to EB for me.. they said no because it's costing them over 200 to get it towed from Freehold to Cherry Hill. So the car was dropped off on the 24th later in the day. I was told by Jeff and Mark that I could pick the car up on Friday the 26th that it was the battery they were putting a new one in and testing it out. I drive down on the 26th.. they changed the reason and said it was an electrical problem. I said when is it going to be fixed. Their answer, and I swear on my mother's grave.. "I DON'T KNOW"... so they set me up with a rent a car... they said saturday the car will be fixed... I called on saturday and they said they still don't know what is wrong with the car, the technician is looking at it. They call me back and said tuesday I can pick it up. I call on monday to confirm it, they told me they have to order a "brain" for the car and they havent ordered it yet. They said they would cover the rent a car. So finally on wednesday they call and said its fixed to come get it. I drive down on thursday to get my car.. normally they bring the car up to you.. they handed me the keys and i asked where it was.. and they said "I DON'T KNOW, GO OUTSIDE AND LOOK FOR IT." IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD AT ANY COMPANY. THEY LIE AND SAY IT'S GOING TO BE FIXED.. TELL YOU DAYS TO COME DOWN AND GET IT.. THEN PROCRASTINATE AND WASTE MY xxxxING TIME AND MY xxxxING GAS.. He said he would have to go and check how the deal was made. After a few calls back and forth he calls me back and says $26,000 for everything. :o .. I knew right there they didn’t want to sell me the jeep at all. Since that incident I have received several phone calls from the dealership saying "Hi”,"How you Doing" “call me back “I told them to leave me alone and to stop harassing me. I felt that this was becoming comical to them. I became so irate that I called the HEAD OFFICE several times to reach / speak to Charles Foulke Sr. / Jr. Jane (Charles Foulke Sr.secretary) gave my number to everyone but the person she works for. I received a call back from Jane telling me that Charles Foulke Sr. was driving on the cell phone and unable to call me and that I should speak to her about my situation. I stated to her that I knew she was being coached and that she works for Charles Foulke and she should give him the message to call me back, because I want to complain about the employees that he has working for him. I then called several times to try to reach Charles Foulke Sr. but everyone hides/covers and won’t let me speak to him. At a desperate attempt I left a message on Pat (office manager#) to please relay this message to Mr.Charles Foulke . The next phone call I received was Laura Ricollo (Charles Foulke Lawyer) 856-914-2084 telling me that I had a problem and should speak to her regarding Cherry Hill. I told her “I want to speak to Mr.Foulke directly and inform him how his employees treat his customers" and if no one can let him know. I will find another way to reach him. BTW- I saved every phone call with these people The employees that work for Charles Foulke are very greedy and they don’t care if the vehicle leaves the lot! Signed a very unhappy potential customer More
BAD SALES PRACTICES WOW, this is going to be a long BAD SALES PRACTICES WOW, this is going to be a long one ... lol First I called 856-663-1500 I got Nate the Great. When I spoke with him I told BAD SALES PRACTICES WOW, this is going to be a long one ... lol First I called 856-663-1500 I got Nate the Great. When I spoke with him I told him I saw that the Jeep dealership was on a list that was given out on the NEWS with Charles Foulke Jr. as the owner and I was calling regarding purchasing a Jeep and I am looking for old stock 2008 that I could save from 7 to 8 thousand dollars (cause I know it will be much cheaper). Nate says “yeah sure we can do that for you, when u get there ask for Tom or Jorden (General Managers)”. So I said “Ok great”, I told him I’ll be there tomorrow @ 1708 West Marlton Pike Cherry Hill, NJ. He knew I was traveling far and prolly gave heads up to the salesmen. When I arrived early afternoon, I asked for Tom/Jordon. Tom profiled me within the 1/2 hour wait time, they had a couple of guys say Hi to me , try to flirt with me and make me feel special before Tom came to me and introduced me to Rob. He said he will take care of me and to show me what they have on stock. Rob then showed me some Jeeps and one of them was old stock 2008 jeep Sahara. I figured this would be in my budget and this is what Nate told me that was available. I was wondering why the window sticker that states the MSRP and BASE price was not anywhere in sight, yet I wanted to test drive it. So Rob then took me on a test drive as I was driving back he says pass the dealership and go onto the left side and jump on the highway. I then felt uncomfortable because I was unfamiliar with the area and I was alone with a strange man in a car for a long time. We ended up driving the vehicle for 35-40 minutes and I asked him why we jumped on the highway and he said for me to feel it out. I told him I wanted to go back, when we arrived to the dealers parking lot we parked the jeep and he suggested for me to remove the top of the jeep. I was already uncomfortable at that point and wanted to continue to close the deal. So we head inside and he shows me to a small table with chairs, as I sat down I felt like I was in one of those timeshares in Florida. Well now I wanted a price and Rob was stalling me, asking me for my driver’s license and scanning it into the computer. I asked him "why you’re scanning my driver’s license?”He said it was procedure so he can draw up his paper work. I still do not know what that machine is for? The computer was a xxx system LCD and what looked like a finger print scan plate. As I returned to the table to wait for him to return, I heard laughter coming from the office (about 8 salesmen were laughing) where Rob was talking with Tom for my quote. When Rob returned he caught me asking another salesman what the machine was for. Rob then says to me "what you don’t believe me” I said "No" because when you went back to the office you and the salesmen were laughing, he didn’t respond. Well now he showed me the first offer it was $23,XXX and he showed me the MSRP which was $28,XXX. I told him I was guaranteed $7,000 to $8,000 off of old stock that’s why I’m here. And then I told him $21, XXX with soft top and NAV. He thought about it then he said X_______________ <~~ sign here and give me the deposit. I said ok I signed and cut a check for $10,000. I figured OK this is it. I got a fair deal :-) .... WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!WRONG!!!!!! WRONG!!!!!!!! Rob came back and sat next to me, and John sat across from me. I was told that Rob's deal with me wasn’t accurate and that it will be more especially with the add ons, then I said OK $22,XXX is FINAL. John smiled and walked away. Then Tom came over and tried convincing me that the real price of the Jeep would be $25,XXX (he showed me invoice, the Colored DOT incentives. He didn’t realize I did my homework already :-). The invoice is always marked up by the manufacturer by 2 to 3 % (that’s one of the holdbacks for the dealers). Then depending on the date of the invoice you may receive up to $2,000 - $3,000 off more. Jeep also gives you $1,000 cash to play with at the door, and since I was a previous Jeep owner I get $2,500 discount ... ETC and so on. I told Tom "No" I can’t afford that price. I told him I wanted to leave and want my check back. Tom then asked me “You going to continue shopping around?” I said "YES" (BIG MISTAKE!!) once he knew that, they kept stalling me. Well to end this story short, they came out chasing after me 3 times and calling me back in and the final deal I received was 25,XXX with the soft top included (I rolled my eyes and left) .I couldn’t believe they only took off $2,XXX from the 2008 Jeep Sahara they had on the LOT for a year, which they have to pay $$$ every month to sit on the LOT. As I was driving to the next dealer, I realized they close at 5pm. Tom had them stall me so I wouldn’t give my business to anyone else if I wasn’t going to give it to him. They never intended to sell me that jeep for the price or ball park I inquired for. I felt man handled, used and pissed off. More
My salesman Fred, who I believe was a manager, was incredibly nice and helpful, however the other manager there was TERRIBLE! Berated other employees in front of customers, talked about customers beh incredibly nice and helpful, however the other manager there was TERRIBLE!
