So almost 9 months later, this place has done nothing to rectify the situation. Brian Lasater is almost impossible to get a hold of, and if you do, he sticks up for his "Bros". Its like a frat house in that place. I will never forget when Jose said that if they didn't have to offer us the Chrysler incentives available at the time of purchase. They by law have to include any manufacturers discounts and incentives in the final purchase price. And Jose was being a complete and utter d*xx about it. You don't belittle customers after they purchased a vehicle. You want them to come back for service and feel good about it. My car will never see their lot again. I will make sure that I, and everyone else I know will never go to this place. I finally figured out what they did to our sales price. They inflated the sticker price, MSRP, so that when they included the trade, which was 4k, and the incentives and the remote start that should have been "thrown in", i still paid msrp price. Had they not worn us down after being there for hours, I would have walked. I hope others take notice of this review and learn from my mistake and avoid this frat house dealership. Did I mention how Jose was a total pompous D*xx when trying to explain the numbers on our sales agreement when I questioned him about how things went down? I think I did, but he's still an A**hole for treating me and my pregnant wife the way he did.
