When we arrived I was assigned Ben as my salesman. Within 5 seconds of telling Ben my name he called me by the wrong name. I think this was a lame sales tactic or something. Ben said we had to go to their other lot to get the caravan. He drove me 10 minutes away complaining he just got his third speeding ticket in the last two months. Made me feel real safe as he's driving me somewhere. As we were approaching the other lot he began trying to sell me something else and then something else. Then I realized the caravan they listed online and told me was there 1 1/2 hours before was not there. He tried selling me something else before we even pulled into the lot. This slimy liar is not a very good salesman or liar(same thing?). So now I'm trapped 10 minutes away from any escape with this bold faced liar trying to sell me something the whole way back. When we got back he and his manager kept trying to coax me inside. I had to change my sons diaper before I could leave their lot, so I was stuck as they harassed me. They were relentless. "Just come inside,Just come inside", it was creepy. Didn't matter how many times I said I'm not interested, they wouldn't leave me alone. Very high pressure sales. I got a call from another guy trying to get me to come back 5 minutes later. Got another call today asking how everything went. Wish I never gave these people my phone number. This dealership is only interested to increase their monetary intake. The service manager refused to honor a warranty on my Son's Jeep because it would go against the company's income rating. They had the Jeep for 3 days while I was on the phone with the warranty company trying to straighten out the repair bill. He was forced to pay the entire repair bill. As a result, this dealership destroyed any chance to sell my son or me a new auto-ever- and he will not bring his Jeep there again for service. We have contacted all the people we know and told them about the experience we had at this dealership. So, in a world where the competition is so great and the only thing that sets one company apart from another is customer service, this dealship fails the test. More

I emailed the dealership about a car I was interested in and spoke to Andrew. When I went in, I first dealt with the sales manager Geno who then passed me off to a salesman, Sam. When I explained to Sam that I was just starting the car-buying process that day and wouldn't be ready to make a deal, he completely blew me off after that. He wouldnt discuss a price on the car I was interested in and he also wouldnt get the used car manager to look at the vehicle I planned to trade in for an appraisal value. He said these were direct orders from the sales manager. So the following day, I emailed both Sam and Andrew advising them that I didnt like how I was treated while I was there and that to completely blow off a customer and refuse to answer their questions about a car lead me to believe that customer satisfaction didnt seem to be very high on their dealerships priorities list, especially if this was coming from the sales manager. Neither of them responded to my emails to at least appologize for how I was treated. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a car dealership and I will NEVER go back there again. More

I had a horrible experience with the service department for Jeep in Cherry HIll. I purchased a Jeep last August and the sales department was very friendly. Over the past ONE YEAR of owning this new jeep, a ton of problems started to happen. In January, the check engine light went on and car was serviced on. in April, the blower motor went and I had to pay $300.00 out of my pocket to fix it. Next in June, the transmission started to staul, gas petal was not working properly, and again an issue with the blower motor in the air vent. When I brought the jeep in to get serviced, I spoke with Rich, who was at first very nice. He told me the car needed an "update" and it was all ready for me to pick up. Never offered me a rental, then called me last minute to tell me he needed it overnight. I had to pretty much arrange the rental myself. Next day never heard from the service department so I decided to call and was on hold for about 30 minutes and kept getting hung up on. Finally, I demanded to speak to Rich about my car and he was out for the evening. Once I picked up my car, they assured me everything was fixed. On the way home, the noice came back. I again had to call and Rich said "we arent sure what it is." He then decided to laugh at me when I told him if the car wasnt getting fixed that I was going to have a big problem with the dealership. That's when i called up the sales manager and told him the situation, who didint seem to care himself. I yet again had to return my jeep and get a rental. THis time, the rental wanted to charge me $5 for each day I had the car PLUS the service department used up all my gas during the "repair" time. I refused to pay the fee per daily. Each day the department has called saying it will be ready the next day and it kept taking forever. FInally the car is ready tonight. After I pick it up, I am trading in this car at ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. HORRIBLE SERVICE - dont go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO to a macanic if you have to get your car fixed!!! More
