I bought a vehicle from Salesperson Karon. I do not have time to be held hostage at a dealership all day and I do not live close, so I did everything online and had Karon deliver the vehicle I do not have time to be held hostage at a dealership all day and I do not live close, so I did everything online and had Karon deliver the vehicle to me late in the evening. I was given only one key and told I would have to pay if I wanted another key. For context, this is a second vehicle I purchased for toting family around not an everyday vehicle, a 2021 Buick Enclave. When I inspected the vehicle the next morning, aside from the scratches everywhere, it had 3 different brand tires and two are bald. The engine is loud and has a rattle. I have contacted Karon several times about this and was told ""it does have few scratches" and "let me get the best price for the key" ... still nothing. By the second week, the vehicle would no longer start and I was unable to jump start it. (nothing was left on) I was told by my insurance company that I would have it towed somewhere. I had to have a mechanic come to me and replace the dead battery (more money) . The mechanic noticed that none of the fluids had been topped off and some were very low, including break fluid. He noticed the loud engine and rattle immediately and said it sounds like a leak. He advised me that the bald tires needed to be replaced as they were not safe. I now have to find the time to take it in to the dealership for repair (again, more money) and I'm not even three weeks into purchasing this vehicle. And please believe the other bad reviews. The fees and accessories they tac on in the paperwork are shady at best! RUN! More

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Chevrolet of Culver City. I had been in contact with Blake from the sales department on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025, and again the next morning with Chevrolet of Culver City. I had been in contact with Blake from the sales department on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025, and again the next morning on August 28th regarding a specific F-150 diesel. Blake assured me multiple times that the truck was ready to go and available for purchase. Based on his word, I committed my time, rearranged my schedule, and drove over 3 hours from Fresno with the clear intention of buying the truck. When I arrived at the dealership, not only was Blake nowhere to be found, but another salesperson from his team came out and began the process with me. Instead of addressing the truck I had been told was ready, he first attempted to show me a completely different vehicle that I had no interest in. After clarifying and pointing out the exact truck I had been discussing with Blake via text, I was then informed that the vehicle was actually not available, that it still needed work, and was not ready for sale. This was incredibly disappointing, as I had communicated clearly, double-checked before making the drive, and was assured everything was good to go. Instead, I wasted over 6 hours of my day driving back and forth, not to mention the added gas expense and lost time. What bothers me most is the lack of professionalism and respect for a customer’s time. If the truck was not ready or not available, that should have been communicated to me upfront. Instead, I was given false assurances and misled into making a long trip for nothing. I strongly believe dealerships should be upfront, honest, and respectful when dealing with potential buyers—especially when customers are traveling long distances. Unfortunately, my experience at Chevrolet of Culver City was the exact opposite. Based on this, I cannot recommend this dealership, and I will be sharing this experience so others are aware before doing business here More
Very unprofessional. They try to lie about everything. Don’t trust them. Read all the reviews then call them. They try to lie about everything. Don’t trust them. Read all the reviews then call them. More

Super happy with my purchase. Car was priced fairly, and they didn’t tack on ridiculous add-ons. Sandra explained all my options and let me pick what I wanted without pressure. If there are zero available, that would be understandable. However, upon simply inquiring—and because I was looking for good deals and mentioned that I’m not in a rush to buy—a sales agent sar understandable. However, upon simply inquiring—and because I was looking for good deals and mentioned that I’m not in a rush to buy—a sales agent sarcastically remarked, “Not in a rush? You’ve been sending inquiries.” Of course I’ve been sending inquiries; I’m actively searching for the right car and don’t feel the need to justify that. Such a comment is unnecessary, especially from someone in a customer service role. Customers should be treated with respect, and personal opinions should be kept to oneself—professionalism is key. Even though I saw a potential vehicle from this dealership, I’ll pass and would not recommend them. —Combat Veteran, U.S. Army More
Had a trade-in and was expecting lowball numbers. But Fred and the team were fair and worked with me. Got a solid value and upgraded into a certified Equinox without breaking the bank. The whole staff was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. My wife and I brought our toddler and they even gave her crayons and snacks while we finalized everything. Above and beyond.
