I’m not one to complain about things, but I have to make this review. I went in because my check engine light was on. I paid $370 for them to “fix” the problem. It took them 3 days with my vehicle. The day I went to pick up my vehicle I drove it home and while on the way home, the check engine light comes back on. I go back to the dealership and talk to Ruben and he says that they will do another diagnostic but that they have to charge me again even though they charged me already and supposedly fixed the issue. He said if I don’t want to pay or don’t like it I can go somewhere else. I had Ruben and at first he seemed like he was going to help me. By the end of my service he was telling me to just sale my car since it wasn’t “new” and had too many problems.(that’s a lie because I keep my Vehicle in good maintenance.) please save your money and go somewhere else. Oh and when I went to go have the car fixed somewhere else they said some screw where left loose where Culver City Chevrolet did the work. Really upsetting. More

They did fine identifying the problem and fixing but the prices are soooo much higher than any other dealership in the area. We only had our car fixed here this time because of the urgency of the issues. Th prices are soooo much higher than any other dealership in the area. Had a problem with my brand new 2021 Tahoe, needed a new engine after 1,500 miles. The owner would not give me 5 minutes to talk to me. The Tahoe cost me almost $90,000.
