We searched for a Mercedes E450 station wagon, which are rare. We found one online at Culver City Chevrolet: a 2020 E450 with 45,000 miles. Even though the dealership advertised online and advertised shippi rare. We found one online at Culver City Chevrolet: a 2020 E450 with 45,000 miles. Even though the dealership advertised online and advertised shipping services, it was like the dealership was unfamiliar with selling a car remotely. The salesperson, Mike, was mostly responsive, and took time to film a video of the car and then Facetime us. But when it came time to purchase the car, the service level deteriorated. They insisted that we pay an additional $5,000 to dealer add-ons, even though I told them we had no desire for the add-ons (ceramic coating and interior coating). It was like I had no choice. We are both lawyers and should have considered what California regulators would think of dealers forcing buyers to pay for add-ons, but we didn't think of that until the car was delivered and our experience got much worse. I never received a P&S when we bought the car online. The dealer used an unfamiliar service to go through paperwork and I never received copies of it until a week after the car was delivered. The dealership arranged the shipment (after I paid $1,800) fairly quickly. But the car came with virtually no gas in it, had a gaping hole in the front bumper where the tow hook was, but the cap was lost, and the car was reporting an accident. There was no paperwork at all with the car: no P&S, no registration, no temporary plates. Nothing. So we couldn't even drive the car. It took days of calling, texting, and e-mailing the dealership to get them to send us the paperwork so that we could at least get temporary plates. The car sat in our garage for almost two weeks before they sent us paperwork. We drove the car for a total of four days when THREE OF THE TIRES on the car blew, and we had to replace all of the tires at a cost of $1,300. When the mechanic was replacing the tires, they found that the front drivers' side tire was dented or bent. So the dealership charges buyers $5,000 for ceramic coatings, but sells cars with bent tires. They deliver cars with no paperwork, a gaping hole in the front bumper, and no gas and then ignore customers when they plead for paperwork that will enable them to get the car registered. A California registration was not sent to us until well after a month after we purchased the car. If I were you, I wouldn't even consider buying a car from Culver City Chevrolet. More
DO NOT GO HERE! !! Chris is absolutely full of xxxx. We spoke about bearing a deal from another dealer and when we spoke on the phone, he said he could bring the pric !! Chris is absolutely full of xxxx. We spoke about bearing a deal from another dealer and when we spoke on the phone, he said he could bring the price down $1500 and wave the aftermarket fee. However, that was absolutely not the case and instead he presented me with the deal that was significantly higher than the deal I was hoping to beat. Chris didn’t even show up to speak with me and passed me off to another sales person when he was the one that committed to make a deal with me. I would never in a million years recommend anyone go with this location. My Chevy of Culver City experience makes me not want to purchase a Chevy at all! More

Fred and the team were top-notch. I came in with a trade-in and they gave me a strong offer upfront. Ended up driving off in a brand-new Silverado. Misinformation, lies and deception is what this dealership practices. Buyer beware! Regardless of what they tell you, read everything before you sign anything! The first lie was the remaining wa dealership practices. Buyer beware! Regardless of what they tell you, read everything before you sign anything! The first lie was the remaining warranty on the vehicle then a $2,000 reduction of the listed price then I was quoted and agreed to $18k for my trade in, I was guaranteed the dealership extended warranty of $3,200 and 45 days before the first payment, I was never told about the $4,000 accessories on a used vehicle. All was a lie and deception!! What I was told didn’t reflect on my paperwork that Joe Jazzi signed my initials to then neatly folded and tucked into an envelope. DO NOT TRUST A WORD COMING OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS. Chris was the salesman that lied about everything! Ali is the manager. More
Huge thanks to Sammy and Sandra for making this the easiest car deal I’ve ever done. They were honest, fast, and super respectful of my time. Not a great experience. Dubious sales practice and misrepresentation of the state of the car which stopped running after 3 weeks. They refused to accept liability.
