So, as you might expect, I was apprehensive about this experien I've never had a really good experience with a car dealership while buying a new car. So, as you might expect, I was apprehensive about this experience, especially since I am a freelancer that has been only operating for a year and a half. But I was greeted by Emily Smith as I entered the dealership and she was very disarming, very nice, and someone who I could relate to. Emily and Ulises worked very hard to get my high mileage lease returned and get me a new Malibu with a reasonable monthly payment. Everything was explained to me in detail, and both were highly professional. They even provided me with new stickers for my iPass which I appreciated - a point that should not be lost since little things like that are evidence of careful planning and execution. The experience, which I thought was going to be very difficult, was made easy with a deal I was comfortable with - and, for a great car that I'm really enjoying. Time will tell about follow-up and service, but so far so good, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Thanks Emily! More

All questions were answered directly, no evasive answers. Their external test track is just the coolest thing I have ever seen. We got to put the auto thru some serious paces away from street traffic hazards. The auto was spotless when we arrived and drove it and they went above and beyond to detail it throughout before we drove it away. All the paperwork went smooth as silk, with copies provided without asking. This has been the very best auto purchase experience of my life, and there have been several in my 75 years. More

Great, quick and easy buying experience Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was great. They had a Silverado on the site for sale, but only had stock pictures. Sent a note asking for actual pictures and Dan Gulley was quick to send me actual pictures of the truck. Went to see it in person and Dan and Isaac were great to deal with. They asked what I was looking for in terms of pricing and were able to exceed my expectations. Dan was even able to find an extra rebate that had not been applied during negotiation. Isaac was able to answer all of my questions throughly on the vehicle and was really helpful. Deb and Premo were great to work with. The entire was great and the process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely buy from again and recommend. More

I had the pleasure of dealing with the following staff: ULISES GARCIA, EMILY SMITH, SHERRI A. PACCHIANO WAYNE MICHOR, PRIMO MATEJCZUK and SHAUN (Service Department). From the minute I made the call on August 2, 2016 and spoke with ULISES, told him my lease was coming due, that I found a new 2016 Cruze Primier online (their website) was very intested to lease this vehical and turn in my Cruze upon the lease was expiring. Explained to him over the phone, what I was looking for in the car, lease details, price, payments and etc. within 20 minutes of ending our call, he called and said he found the vehical I requested, gave me some information on the new and old lease. Went there the next day, August 3, 2016, met with all the above mentioned men and woman, I named in this review and all of them were as fantastic, wonderful, informative (every question was answered fully) fast, but, very precise and most of all as friendly as friendly as they could get. I, actually, felt like I was with FAMILY. The new lease and all of the paperwork, tour of service deptmart was done EXCELLENT---EXCELLENT---EXCELLENT!!! I could have not been treated any better than they treated me. In and Out in NO Time. As, I have stated, I will recommend this dealership and staff to every person I know, whether they are looking for a vehical or not. If there was a rating of 10 STARS---I would give them 11 PLUS!!!
