We hadn't had much luck with dealerships in the past. From the time we got there on a Friday evening to the time we drove out of there with a brand new car on a Tuesday morning was a great experience for us. We want to thank Eddie Dones for doing all and beyond his duties of making it possible to purchase a car. This man was a total pleasure to work with. He was always in a cheery mood and very polite. Always asking if there was anything we needed. Good person to have on your team. I would recommend Eddie to everyone. We also want to thank Premo for his outstanding work in getting us the lowest rate possible in financing our new car. Premo explained every detail, every penny, and all aspects of the loan to us. We called our salesperson, David Zayad, at 11:30 PM, and he told us to bring the car back in the following morning. The manager, Wayne Michor, and David worked together to arrange switching our car to a car that had the specific feature we needed. There was no argument, no hassle. We are delighted with the service we received. Our salesman, David Zayad, is the best car salesman we have ever encountered. He is enormously helpful, gracious, and patient. Twice he explained every button and feature on our new car, set up Onstar and Bluetooth, and answered all our questions. He also called us the next day to see if we had any additional questions about our new car. Our experience with Chevrolet of Naperville has been an extremely pleasant one. After purchase follow up has been good. The website is accurate. Pricing is far. Trade in value is fair. I basically picked the type of car and trim I wanted from Edmunds.com before arriving to the dealership. I pick a dealership based on its service reputation. More
awful experience! Awful experience! I found a car that I really like in the online inventory. The car was a Chevy Cruze, and the information said it was an automatic bu Awful experience! I found a car that I really like in the online inventory. The car was a Chevy Cruze, and the information said it was an automatic but did not say if it had remote start or not, which was a MUST for me. I spoke with someone on the phone to confirm whether or not it had remote start, the lady said it did. When I arrived at Chevrolet of Naperville on a Saturday, I looked at the car that I was in love with online. I fell more in love with the car when I got to see it in person, until I went to drive it. Turns out it was a manual, and it did not have remote start! It was the only reasonable car in my price range. The salesman had me look at 2 more cars out of my price range, and told me I was not able to negotiate price. I also told him I couldn’t have leather in the car because I have a dog that rides with me frequently. I test drove one of the cars and decided I like it but not the price, and it didn’t have a remote start. After being told it would cost $400 to install the remote start (after already being over budget) I agreed it was ok. Someone else made an estimate for me for the remote start, and quoted be $600 for it! My salesman said he’d make sure I get it put in the following Monday for $400. The following Monday, I got a call saying that the part for the remote start wasn’t in stock so I’d have to wait longer to have it put in. I went later that day to sign paper work for the car. When I arrived, the same salesman wanted to show me one more car that was even more over my budget. I told him I didn’t even want to look at it. He insisted on showing me anyways. On top of it being over my budget, it also had leather seats which I clearly told him I didn’t want! On top of all that, I clearly explained the only day I had to bring the car in to have the remote start installed would be on a Thursday because that’s my only day off work during the week. They told me I could bring it in Thursday and pick it up Friday… I don’t know which part of only Thursday they didn’t understand. So now I have to wait one more week to have it installed. I will never buy or look at another vehicle with them again! More
